1、甩丝硅酸铝针刺毯
甩丝毯采用电阻炉生产工艺，经过高温熔融、甩丝成纤、固化而成，甩丝工艺大大提高了纤维的长度、细度、抗拉强度及抗分层性能，具有容重轻、无渣球、易施工等优点，甩丝毯中不含任何有机物，确保在高温状态下保持良好的可靠性和稳定性。因良好的保温性能，甩丝毯正被广泛应用于大型工程项目中，并出口到印尼、伊朗、越南等诸多。
1. Throwing silk Aluminium Silicate Needle Punched Carpet
The throwing silk technology improves the length,fineness,extension strength and anti-lamination property of fibre.It has advantages of light unit weight,no slag balls and easy for construction.In order to guarantee the good reliability and stability of the carpet in high-temperature condition,not any organic agglutinant used in the thrwing silk carpet.Because it has good thermal insulation property,it is widely used in the projects of national large-scale engineering and exported to Indonesia,lran,Vietnam and other countries.
2、喷吹硅酸铝针刺毯
CBC-III型吹硅酸铝针刺毯生产线是我公司于1999年引进的，年可生产成品1000T。喷吹毯采用电阻炉生产工艺，经过高温熔融、二次喷吹而成。

Our company imported the production line of CBC-III Type Blowing Aluminium Silicate Needle Punched Carpet in June 1999.The annual output is about 1000 tons.We produce blowing carpet by resistance fumace;the carpet made by high-temperature melting and then the secondary blowing.
根据生产原料不同，可分为普通型、高纯型、高铝型、含锆型、微晶型
